Introductions - Hello

Through developing web projects for a few years I have learned a lot about CSS and so I wanted to make my own CSS framework after finding out about tacit from someone I know.

This is more of a minor project since making this doesn't take very long but I've wanted to make my own CSS framework for a while so I'll keep developing it until I think it's essentially complete
